REGISTER your place/s (2 steps)
- 1: Complete the table on the right. Be sure to put the CITY, DAY and DATE of the workshop you are registering for in the last field.
- 2: IMPORTANT: To confirm your place/s PAY REGISTRATION FEE/S HERE.
- If you have any questions or comments regarding any aspect of this event (food allergies, late arrival, etc) please also mention them in the last field.
Availability
- Space is limited in all training events.
- Registrations will only be accepted based on space availability for each event.
- Paid registrations will receive preference.
Payments
- Pre-registration and pre-payment are required for all events.
- Purchase orders are not considered payment. Invoices will be issued for purchase orders received; however, registrations submitted with a purchase order will not be confirmed until payment is received in our office.
Cancellations
- Cancellations received in our office at least two (2) weeks prior to the event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations received less two (2) weeks prior to the event are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for no-shows. In those cases, you may transfer the amount of your registration fee to a future workshop for a period of up to two (2) years or arrange for a substitute person to attend. There is no additional cost for this (except for the cost of refreshments – $30-$50) unless the next workshop has higher Registration Fees.

- Upon receipt of Registration Fees, an email will be sent to confirm your place/s.
