REGISTER your place/s
1: Complete the table on the right. Be sure to put the CITY, DAY and DATE of the seminar you are registering for in the last field.
2: Do NOT send payment. We will send you an invoice.
3: If you have any questions or comments regarding any aspect of this event (food allergies, late arrival, etc) please also mention them in the last field.
AVAILABILITY
* Space is limited in all training events.
* Registrations will only be accepted based on space availability for each event.
* Paid registrations will receive preference.
PAYMENTS
* Pre-registration and pre-payment are required for all events.
* Purchase orders are not considered payment. Invoices will be issued for purchase orders received; however, registrations submitted with a purchase order will not be confirmed until payment is received in our office.

* Upon receipt of Registration Fees, you will be sent an email containing the 2 e-books, further details about this event and your place/s will be confirmed.

CANCELLATIONS
* Cancellations received in our office at least two (2) weeks prior to the event will receive a full refund.
* Cancellations received less two (2) weeks prior to the event are non-refundable.
* No refunds will be given for no-shows. In those cases, you may transfer the amount of your registration fee to a future seminar for a period of up to two (2) years or arrange for a substitute person to attend.
* There is no additional cost for this (except for the cost of refreshments – $30-$50) unless the next seminar has higher Registration Fees.
