a text message is almost impossible to ignore!Principle #3 – Become Very Hard To Ignore is the all-important principle if you want to be successful chasing slow payers to encourage them to pay your account more quickly. Sometimes easier said than done especially when your letters, emails and phone messages aren’t being answered … so … send them a text message or 2 or 3 …. from your computer!!
And get the replies back to you on your computer as an email.

Sending a text message/sms can take forever if you do so from your own mobile phone. My 16 year old son’s a whizz at it. His thumbs seem to fly over the small buttons on his phone, but I’m slower, much, much slower, until I found out how to send sms’s from my computer! Now, we’re talking.

1 Have you got a mobile phone? Probably.
2 Do you immediately check your voice messages when they’re left for you? Do you dial in, wait patiently and listen to the message left? Probably not.

Most people check them when they feel like it and if it’s something they don’t want to respond to, they’ll ignore it.
But SMS’s are different. They’re instant. Can’t be ignored. Read straight away. They’re Hard To Ignore.

There are countless companies that can do this for us but I’ll tell you about the one that WE use. Debtors that have ignored our reminder letters, emails and phone messages are responding to sms’s.
