When You’ve Just “Had Enough”

A simple but very effective “Demand Email/Letter” format.

Dear Mr Jones,

Records show that
* The balance on your account is $4,047.74.
* An arrangement was made for you to pay the remainder of your account by way of fortnightly reductions of $1,000.00.
* That arrangement has not been maintained and you have not responded to recent reminders or phone messages.

There are now two options available to you
1 settle the full balance by close of business of Thursday, 03 October, or
2 remit $1,000 to be receipted by the same time.

If neither of these occur, recovery of the remaining balance will occur through the legal process.  This WILL incur extra costs for which you may become liable if our case against you is successful as well as a judgement against you being recorded on the public record.

There will be no more ‘reminders’ to you from this firm.
